Michael Dickinson (artist)
Michael Dickinson (born 1950, Durham) is an English artist known for his work in Turkey, who works with political and satirical collages. In 2008, he was prosecuted for a collage of the Turkish prime minister, but acquitted.〔Tait, Robert. Michael Dickinson was born in Durham, England, and spent most of his early years in Kuwait, where his father was an employee of the Kuwait Oil Company and where he attended the Anglo-American School.〔Alberge, Dalya and Erdem, Suna (2006).
